When I get a chance to go to the coast I enjoy a ride on the Ferry. It is pleasant most of the time and a good chance to see some sites. Most of the time the sites are seabirds and an occasional Dolphin, which I couldn't get a shot of. One time on the river I saw a USN Stealth boat, great shot but I was inside a restaurant at the time. As a long time photographer I feel that you measure the shots you didn't get, should have got or totally blew. But patience will reward you,, right place right time is always important. Here are a few that were taken on the Cape Fear river.
